Associates is NOT responsible for damage to
underground wires, cables, pipes, etc.
Stump Grinding,
unless otherwise stated, does not include
clean-up of chips and dirt nor does it include
backfill of the stump hole.
Customer is
responsible for locating any underground
obstructions including pipelines, utilities,
easements, etc. If an obstruction is uncovered
or damaged, customer is responsible for all
additional work and damages.
Upon acceptance of
proposal, customer agrees to make payment UPON
COMPLETION OF WORK. A.T.S. Accepted
